All of our product prices are already inclusive of all GST costs. GST (Goods and Services Tax) does not apply to international orders. GST also applies to Shipping & Handling costs as per the Australian Taxation Office.

Generally your order should arrive anywhere within three to ten working days. Please check our shipping page for the Australia Post estimated times calculated by state.
"Unfulfilled" means that your order is yet to be processed by our shipping department.
If your order status states that it has been "Fulfilled", then it has been posted and is on it's way to you. Once Fulfilled, you will also receive a automated email from Australia Post with tracking information. This means your package has physically left our office. You can choose to subscribe to tracking updates via their website.
Yes of course! As long as your item has been unused, unopened and in it's original packaging we are more than happy to exchange your item. You will incur additional shipping charges for replacement of a new product. Please contact us, prior to returning your item.

AfterPay is a credit facility that allows approved customers the option to pay for their goods across several payment installments. Once approved, your order is shipped from Lipstick Republic within 1 business day, you then enter into a zero interest payment plan agreement with AfterPay. More details can be found here.

Yes, our products are 100% authentic and genuine and are delivered to us direct from the supplier. We do not use Grey Market imports or source stock from other 3rd parties.

Any products marked as “out of stock” will be back in our store available to you as soon as possible. Due to shipping times and delays from our suppliers we are unable to give a definite time frame but be assured that we are doing our best to quickly supply your items. You are able to submit your email address on the product page to be notified immediately of it's arrival.

Pre-orders are offered via our website when a popular item is on it's way to us from the supplier. You are able to secure this purchase by purchasing ahead of it's arrival and it will ship when it arrives. We quote a timeframe for fulfillment of 2-5 weeks. You can cancel your Pre-Order at anytime, just shoot us a email with your order number and we are more than happy to refund your pre-order in full.

All orders are shipped within 24-48 (business hours) from purchase, excluding weekends and Australian Public Holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the Monday. Once your order has left us, you will receive a shipping confirmation in your inbox. Haven't received it? Yes eParcel Post provides you with a tracking number, proof that the article was sent, proof that the article was received. As soon as you order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email from us and AusPost.
Once your order has been placed with us, you will receive a email confirmation including your billing and shipping address. Please review your order and make sure all your details are correct! If you have misspelled or entered the wrong address, please notify us immediately. When ordering, You must ensure your PayPal shipping address is up to date, we cannot be held responsible if the shipping address is incorrect, or not current. This is your responsibility so please check it. Any changes to your order, including incorrect shipping address may result in an additional shipping charges and small re-stocking fees (in cases where items are returned to us due to incorrect info).
